Madison Spa Resorts 40 luxury rooms consist of 20 Ground floor rooms and 20 First floor rooms. All of the First floor rooms contain a large 2 person spa overlooking the red gum forest and a gas controlled log fire. Two of the Ground floor rooms are standard rooms, they do not contain a spa and are ideal for people with mobility disabilities. The remaining 18 Ground floor rooms have a large 2 person spa. Family rooms and single folding beds are also available.
All rooms contain queen size beds. Some rooms also have a double sofa bed if twin configuration is required.
- Deluxe Spa Rooms - The deluxe spa rooms are located on the first floor. Your twin oval shaped spa is located in a large picture window within touching distance of the treetops. Walk in robe, gas log fire, granite table top and a larger than normal bathroom makes it truly an indulgent room

- Scenic Spa Rooms - The scenic spa room is an open plan room on the ground floor. It features a large two person spa & seperate shower. The room overlooks a tranquil bush setting.
- Scenic Spa Rooms from $195.00 per room per night
- Bush View Room - This room is situated on the ground floor. It features an open plan with lovely mellow decor and is accessible for people with mobility disabilities.
- Bush View Rooms from $155.00 per room per night
- Scenic Family Spa Room -
The Family room features an open plan room, designed with extra space to accommodate adults and children. These rooms also contain a microwave and two-person spa.

- Executive Spa Room -
This room is truly spacious, with a gas log fire, a seperate spa, a large walk in robe, a built in bar and a microwave.
